Bobcat 3400 UTV Repair

We understand that many companies rely on Bobcat 3400 UTV’s on their jobsites. This unit was being used over at the Philadelphia Shipyard. Ignition Lawn Mower and Small Engine Repairs works on all makes and models of UTV’s! A customer came to us, requesting a Bobcat 3400 UTV repair. The customer spoke to our mechanics, explaining to them how the UTV wouldn’t start up and had been worked on at another shop. The customer also told us how there were issues with leaks, and the suspension and brakes. Our mechanic brought the UTV in and assured the customer that they would be updated along the repair process.

The first step was to repair the leaks in the coolant system and get the machine running. Our mechanic traced the leaks in the coolant system and repaired the fittings and hose where the leaks were coming from. We decided to drain the fuel, and replace with fresh fuel. This enabled our technicians to get the machine up and running. Our mechanics still had a bunch of work in front of them as they found several other issues.

Bobcat 3400 UTV Suspension and Brake Work

They examined the Bobcat, only to find a large slew of problems. Most of the front end suspension parts needed to be replaced, as well as the brakes and a sensor.

We notified the customer via the client portal and sent over some information along with an estimate to complete the repairs. The client told us to move forward with the repairs. Once the UTV was repaired, we notified the client via our Ignition LMR Portal. The client was then able to come and pick up the unit, and put it back to work!
